A Companhia Estadual de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Cehab) anunciou a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de 75 im\u00f3veis em tr\u00eas conjuntos habitacionais no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Esta \u00e9 uma luta que abra\u00e7amos por entender a necessidade dessas pessoas em ter as escrituras de seus im\u00f3veis. Em Tangar\u00e1, 70% dos im\u00f3veis n\u00e3o possuem escrituras. E, sem isso, os propriet\u00e1rios n\u00e3o podem obter financiamento, n\u00e3o podem vender nem deixar suas propriedades para partilha ou herdeiros, ou seja, seus im\u00f3veis n\u00e3o possuem legitimidade. Assim como precisamos da certid\u00e3o de nascimento, os im\u00f3veis precisam do seu t\u00edtulo registrado em cart\u00f3rio para realmente existirem&#8221;, explicou Ubaldo Fernandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em parceria com a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Apoio \u00e0 Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e ao Desenvolvimento Tecnol\u00f3gico do Rio Grande do Norte (Funcern), a Cehab come\u00e7ar\u00e1 a visitar as propriedades de Tangar\u00e1 para dar in\u00edcio ao processo de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;Ser\u00e3o investidos R$ 50 mil nesta etapa e a previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que os t\u00edtulos sejam entregues at\u00e9 maio de 2020&#8221;, afirmou Pablo Lins, diretor-presidente da Cehab. Ele anunciou ainda que ser\u00e3o regularizados 25 mil im\u00f3veis em todo Estado, no prazo de tr\u00eas anos e num investimento total de R$ 4 milh\u00f5es de recursos pr\u00f3prios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estiveram presentes \u00e0 ocasi\u00e3o, o secret\u00e1rio Adjunto Municipal de Finan\u00e7as, Alcides Barbosa (representando o Prefeito Jorginho); o secret\u00e1rio do Municipal do Meio Ambiente, Jos\u00e9 Gilvan de Lima; o presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Tangar\u00e1, vereador Ant\u00f4nio Cust\u00f3dio; o representante do Cart\u00f3rio \u00danico de Tangar\u00e1, Leidson Rom\u00e1rio; os vereadores Paulo S\u00e9rgio da Silva (Paduca), Ewerton Barbosa de Oliveira, Wilson Fonseca, Andrier Felix da Silva, Patr\u00edcia Ara\u00fajo de Lima e Nilson
